Terms and Conditions for V8’s for Vocations Raffle

Welcome to the V8’s for Vocations raffle! By participating in this raffle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

1. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license to be eligible to win.

Raffle Entry

1. Participants need not be present to win. The winner will be contacted on the day of the raffle.
2. Tickets can be purchased both online and offline. For the live drawing, tickets will be reprinted with the name and contact information of the participants.
3. Each raffle ticket costs $25. There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual can purchase.

Drawing and Winners

1. The drawing will take place live, and the announcement will also be made online. We do not use a number system to avoid confusion due to the multiple ways of acquiring raffle tickets.
2. The winner must either pick up the car in Gallup or arrange for shipping at their own expense.
3. The winner will receive the raffled car for the ticket price of $25. V8's for Vocations pays the federal gift tax. However, if the winner is out of the country, they may be responsible for any applicable import taxes or fees.
4. Participants can be anywhere to participate. However, winners are responsible for any fees that entail importing the car into their country.

General Conditions

1. V8’s for Vocations is a community effort supported by active and retired professional mechanics and car enthusiasts who donate their time and efforts toward the restoration of the vehicle.
2. Funds raised by the raffle support the education of priests who serve the poorest Diocese in America.

4. V8’s for Vocations reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle or any part of it for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond V8’s for Vocations' reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle, as determined by V8’s for Vocations in its sole discretion.
5. By entering this raffle, participants consent to the use of their names, likeness, and images for promotional purposes by V8’s for Vocations without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Liability

1. V8’s for Vocations and its associated entities are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the raffle.
2. By participating in this raffle, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless V8’s for Vocations, Catholic Peoples Foundation, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the raffle or receipt or use of any prize.
