Corvette for Veterans

She’s really rough but she’s ours. ~ Fr. Matt Keller

We recently received a generous donation of a ’75 Corvette Stingray. Unlike the soon-to-be-raffled Trans Am, this Corvette needs a little work. The Restoration Team of V8s for Vocations plans to restore the Corvette back to its original conidition and raffle it to support the education of seminarians.

The Unique Story behind the “Vetteran”

The 1975 Corvette Stingray was purchased almost 40 years ago by a loving Dad who gave it to his son. The son was a veteran, who died from complications due to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). In his memory and for all our veterans, we call this Corvette the “Vetteran.” Father Keller plans to restore the Corvette for a future raffle.

Like to get involved in the “Vetteran”? Have bright ideas for its design?

Let us know, and don’t forget to share this news!

This is Father Keller’s idea of how the Corvette would roughly look like. Do you agree?
